Remote desktop to Mac from WindowsUse your Mac from a Windows PC.

Windows has Remote Desktop for reaching other PCs, but not for the Mac. Punte for Windows 11 opens your Mac in a window or full screen, with its sound, your PC keyboard's characters and the clipboard both ways. It connects directly over your network or VPN, with no cloud and no account.

Tabs and windows

Each Mac opens in a tab. Drag a tab out for its own window and keep Macs side by side; the session keeps running while it moves.

Full screen, like Remote Desktop

In full screen the controls hide behind a small tab at the top edge. Point at it to bring them back, or pin them.

Your PC's keyboard

Type the characters of your Windows layout, dead keys and AltGr included, on any Mac. Ctrl acts as ⌘, so Ctrl+C copies on the Mac. Or send physical keys.

No black bars

The window keeps the Mac's aspect ratio as you resize it, so the picture fills it without cropping.

Clipboard and sound

Copy on the Mac, paste on the PC, and the other way round. The Mac's sound plays on your PC.

Unlock a locked Mac

Sign in to a locked Mac through its own Screen Sharing, tunnelled inside Punte. Your PC's identity key lives in its TPM.
